We are a lithium battery manufacturer for 7 years,so if you have any requirements for lithium ion battery packs,just send us an inquiry.
2 How long will it take for me to get the samples,how much will you charge and will you refund?
We make samples in about 3-12 days depending on whether we have stock or not,there is no extra markup for samples and refunds will be given on mass production.
3 What is your warranty?When does it start?
All of our products are covered by a one-year limited warranty that begins on the date of shipment.
4 How do I make a return?
Please contact our sales representative for an RMA form and we will take action.
5 What do you do if we arrive with a damaged product?
If the battery arrives damaged we will replace it with a new one at our own expense,at no cost to you,please contact us for pictures of the damage.
6 What are your delivery times,especially when can I expect to receive the goods after payment?
Delivery time is about 10 days for samples and 12-25 days for bulk orders,depending on the order quantity and our order progress.
7 What is the minimum order quantity?
In most cases we do not have a minimum order quantity.Especially for samples.For customized batteries,our MOQ is 100.
